I focus on daily life coping strategies with teenagers, individuals, and couples. At times we all get stuck and some of our old habits might not be working well for us. We may need to create new behaviors, thoughts, and feelings to improve our quality of life and relationships with others.
I integrate your past experiences with your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to support change and to improve the quality of your life. I provide a supportive and nurturing environment where a trusting therapeutic relationship can create change.
I work with teenagers, individuals, and couples who may be experiencing: anxiety, depression, relationship and communication conflicts, parenting concerns, life transition issues, and school/work stress.
