Finding the ideal counselor is the most important part of the therapeutic process. In addition to being a licensed Clinical Counselor, I have received additional training DBT and CBT therapy. I have worked with individuals seeking recovery from drug and alcohol addiction as well as adolescents and families. I have also worked with individuals who are just looking to navigate the storm, working them through a specific challenge or to gain insight and a new perspective on what may be a long standing issue.
